I am shipping plants from Bangkok, Thailand

Due to extreme weather conditions, please consider the risks before purchasing. I am not responsible for the damages during shipment.

I reserve the right to hold any orders due to unfavorable weather conditions. I will notify you of the hold and request your guidance as to when it’s best to send it to your local area.

I highly advise selecting express shipping if temperatures in your area are consistently below 50 degrees. I am not responsible if you do not choose express shipping and there is damage due to weather or weather-related delays.

I will ensure that your package is sufficiently insulated and packed.

Orders ship out Monday to Saturday.

Shipping time depends on the number of orders before you in the shipping queue.

Orders placed after 12am on Wednesday will likely be shipped out the following week.

Yes. You will received shipping and tracking information as soon as your plants have shipped.

As the consumer, you are responsible for checking the tracking numbers and being available to receive plants at the time of the delivery.

I love and grow the plants that i sell. I ensure that I pack your plants as carefully as possible to minimize damages during transit.

However, please understand the risks of shipping live plants. No refund or replacement will be issued once the plants are shipped.

There are many factors that play a role during the transit process that can affect the plants (such as the weather, how the carrier handles the packages, and how long the plants are in transit, delays, etc.) Please do your own research and check the weather before you make the purchase.

Thiya Garden is not responsible nor any damages, leaf loss, burned plants, delays, lost packages, broken leaves at the hands of shipping carriers. The plants will be in a dark box for approximately 1-7 days so please expect to have 1-2 leaves falling off as the plants acclimate to their new homes. But they will get back up and grow more new leaves in no time.

If the plants are shipped in pots, please DO NOT repot them for at least 14 days. This is important! They have been through a long shipping. Please don’t put more stress on them by repotting immediately.

Returns

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. I am not responsible for cold/heat/weather damage, and damages caused by shipping carrier. If there are any issues in your order when it arrives, please open the claim with the shipping carrier and let me know the status of the package when it arrives.

Returns or Cancelations of orders are subject to a restocking fee.
